1. Online Store Terms

1.1. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are an adult under South Korean law (at least 19 years old). If you are under 19, you must obtain advance consent from your legal representative, such as a parent, and use the website and related services under that representative’s supervision.
1.2. You must not use the website’s goods or services for unlawful purposes or violate applicable laws, including intellectual property laws.
1.3. If you breach these provisions, we may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the website or related services depending on the circumstances, and reserve the right to pursue liability under law.

1.4. Transactions by Minors

1.4.1. A minor under 19 who wishes to purchase goods, register an account or use other services on this website must obtain advance consent from a legal representative and proceed under that representative’s supervision.
1.4.2. If a minor enters into a transaction without the consent of a legal representative, the minor or representative may exercise a right of cancellation under Article 5 of the Civil Act and other applicable laws. Where the statutory cancellation requirements are met, we handle the order and refund in accordance with law.
1.4.3. If a minor uses fraud, such as misstating age or forging a representative’s consent, to make us believe that consent has been obtained or that the minor has full legal capacity, the right of cancellation cannot be exercised under Article 17 of the Civil Act and other applicable laws. We reserve the right to pursue liability under law.

2. General Conditions

2.1. We may restrict, suspend or refuse services for reasonable and legitimate reasons, including violations of law or these Terms, malicious orders for fraud, resale profit or disruption of orderly transactions, insufficient stock, or an inability to lawfully supply goods or services in a region because of applicable laws or other objective reasons. We may cancel related orders where necessary, and handle refunds under applicable laws and these Terms.
2.2. Information transmission: Information transmitted through the website other than payment information may be transmitted without encryption. Payment information is encrypted or protected by other appropriate security measures during transmission according to the safeguards applied by the relevant payment service provider. Personal information is protected according to the privacy and information security standards in the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Personal Information Protection Act.
2.3. Use restrictions: Without our express written permission, you must not reproduce, republish, sell, resell or otherwise use all or part of the website or services in any manner, or use them for unauthorised commercial purposes, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.

3. Account Rules and Management

3.1. Account Registration and Management

3.1.1. You may apply to register a member account following this website’s procedures. You must provide true, accurate and complete identity and contact information and update it without undue delay if it changes.
3.1.2. You are responsible for all activity on your account and must manage your account and password securely. You must not lend, transfer or share the account or allow others to use it. You bear loss or liability resulting from account theft caused by your failure to manage it properly.

3.2. Account Closure

3.2.1. You may request account closure at any time through the official email address published on the website and must provide the identity verification information needed to confirm the account holder. If the request meets the statutory requirements, we complete closure within a reasonable period. Account closure is not supported while an order is incomplete or still within its after-sales service period. Once all relevant orders are complete and their after-sales service periods have expired, you may request closure through the official email address and provide the necessary identity verification information.
3.2.2. After receiving the closure request and verifying identity, we process it within a reasonable period and destroy personal information under applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Information that must be retained by law, such as transaction records, is securely kept for the statutory five-year retention period.
3.2.3. Once closure is complete, you cannot log in with that account, and any unused points and benefits in it expire. Account closure is irreversible. Before requesting it, please ensure that orders and other services associated with the account have been properly handled and back up important information and data.

3.3. Account Measures

If an account is used in violation of these Terms, law, public order or good morals, we may restrict features, suspend use or permanently suspend the account according to the seriousness of the matter. The user bears resulting losses.

4. Accuracy of Information

4.1. We strive to keep website information accurate and current. If an error, inaccuracy or omission attributable to us causes you loss, we bear responsibility to the extent prescribed by law. You must exercise reasonable care when making decisions based on website information.
4.2. We reserve the right to update or change website content. Changes concerning transactions, including product prices, specifications, stock and sales conditions, are published or otherwise notified appropriately as required by applicable laws.

5. Changes to Services and Prices

5.1. We may adjust prices and services because of costs, market conditions or other factors, and publish adjustments on product detail pages, checkout pages or other appropriate locations. Orders submitted and confirmed before an adjustment are fulfilled at the prices published when they were placed.
5.2. We may change or discontinue some goods or services for objective reasons, such as supply chain or compliance requirements. If an existing order can no longer be fulfilled for those reasons, we will promptly notify you and provide a reasonable solution under applicable laws and these Terms.

6. Goods and Services

6.1. Some goods or services are sold only online and have limited stock. Returns or exchanges are handled under the Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy published on this website.

If the actual goods differ significantly from their description, you may exercise your statutory rights under applicable laws and our published Exchanges, Returns and Refunds Policy.
6.3. We may limit sales to particular regions in view of delivery coverage and legal compliance requirements. The relevant information is as published on this website.
6.4. We bear responsibility for product quality under applicable laws. If goods have a quality defect, you may exercise rights to repair, exchange or refund in accordance with law.

7. Accuracy of Payment and Account Information

7.1. Depending on the circumstances, we may restrict, suspend or cancel orders suspected of fraud, malicious resale, breach of purchase limits or violations of law. We refund the relevant amount within three business days of cancellation, following the procedures required by law.
7.2. To maintain orderly transactions, we may reasonably limit order quantities per user or address and publish the applicable standards in advance.
7.3. You must provide accurate, complete and current payment and account information. If errors in information you provide delay or prevent delivery or create additional costs, you bear the resulting responsibility and costs in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Optional Tools

8.1. Access to third-party tools is provided in the condition in which those tools are made available. We make no additional warranties about their functions, stability or security beyond those prescribed by law. If a third party’s own failure or unlawful conduct causes you loss, we are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for losses directly arising from that third party’s actions. We provide assistance where required by applicable laws.
8.2. You are free to decide whether to use third-party tools at your own discretion. We recommend reviewing their usage rules before using them.

9. Third-Party Links

9.1. This website may contain links to third-party websites or services beyond our control. We are not responsible for their content, transactions or resulting losses.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1. Copyright, trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights in all website content, including page design, text, images, videos, audio, trademarks, marks, logos, product display materials and backend programs, belong to YOGOODS STORE or the relevant rights holders, or are used by YOGOODS STORE under a lawful licence.
10.2. Without written permission from us or the relevant rights holder, you must not reproduce, republish, modify, distribute, rent, sell, create derivative works from or use that content for profit in any form, except as otherwise provided by applicable laws.

If the material includes your personal information or intellectual property-protected content, we obtain necessary consent or permission or take other appropriate measures under applicable laws.
11.2. We may review user-submitted content. Content that violates laws, these Terms, public order or good morals may be removed, blocked or otherwise addressed as necessary under applicable laws.

13. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

13.1. We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions concerning prices, descriptions, stock and availability.
13.2. If an obvious pricing or information-entry error is discovered after an order is submitted, we will notify you without undue delay and discuss a solution according to the circumstances, such as fulfilment at the correct price or cancellation with a full refund, unless applicable laws provide otherwise.
