Notice of Copyright Infringement

YOGOODS STORE (“YOGOODS”) is an online shop focusing on the development of Chinese intellectual property (IP) merchandise. YOGOODS respects the intellectual property of others and requires users to follow the same standards.

Where appropriate, YOGOODS may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others.

Under the provisions limiting online service providers’ liability for copyright infringement in South Korea’s Copyright Act and Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, rights holders may submit a notice of infringement to YOGOODS if infringement occurs on its website or online network platforms accessible through mobile or other devices owned or managed by YOGOODS (collectively, the “Platform”). YOGOODS will promptly take necessary action after receiving a notice.

A copyright owner, a person authorised by the owner, or a person entitled to exercise exclusive rights under copyright law may report suspected infringement on the Platform by completing the Notice of Copyright Infringement described below and submitting it to YOGOODS’s designated email address. On receipt of a complete notice meeting statutory requirements, YOGOODS will act without undue delay, including removing or blocking access to disputed content.
